The Challenge
Zayd Architects needed an immersive digital showroom to showcase their luxury commercial and residential portfolio in Chennai. The design needed to mirror their physical philosophy ('Designing Spaces With Purpose') through tactile layouts, complex cursor scaling, and 3D hover tilt effects, without compromising on mobile paint times or causing viewport scrolling bugs.
The Solution
We engineered a dark-mode portfolio built with pure semantic HTML5, modern vanilla CSS3 variables, and lightweight ES6+ Javascript. We implemented a custom lag-based custom cursor ring, responsive breakpoints at 1200px/1024px/768px, glassmorphic blur filters, and scroll-locking overrides on iOS/Android to guarantee fluid mobile layout stability.
The Outcome
Created a sub-1.2s loading digital showcase with 100% responsive fluid layouts and no library-dependent script bloat. The system integrates Chennai-focused LocalBusiness SEO schemas, a contact brief builder, and a reload-free insights reader to facilitate design inquiries.
